Krystal Parker was born and raised in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, but her heart eventually led her south. After living in a few different places as an adult, she chose to make Shreveport her home to be closer to family who relocated here more than 20 years ago. Today, she’s proud to be part of the vibrant and growing Shreveport community.

With a degree in Marketing & Communications from the University of South Dakota, Krystal has spent the last several years building a successful career as an independent recruiter under her own LLC. While she loved the challenge of helping people find the right professional fit, Krystal felt it was time for a new chapter—one that would allow her to make a deeper impact in her community.
